"My brother Nishanth Ananthram once asked me: 'If you see a CCTV camera, why would you not pee even if you didn't know whether it was on or off?'"

That question changed how we thought about FindoHR.

With a background as a Lead Developer and Product Architect, he has spent years building large-scale platforms that serve tens of thousands of users across India. His experience in interviewing platforms gave him a front-row seat to the ghosting epidemic, sparking the conviction that the industry needed more than just a better tracking tool—it needed a cultural shift toward transparency. Today, he leads our strategy and product execution, ensuring that every line of code we write serves the mission of honest hiring.

The backbone of FindoHR's enterprise-grade stability, Vijayadhitya ensures that the trust we build is backed by a rock-solid infrastructure.
